One thing to know up front: we take on a maximum of four bespoke projects a year. That's deliberate because we don't compromise on quality – every app we build is co-created with clinicians and community members, reviewed word by word, and maintained for the long term.

This means we don't say yes to every project. It has to be a good fit – for your community, and for the way we work.

  • HeliOffshore Wellbeing – offshore helicopter maintenance teams work worldwide under intense operational pressure. We built a confidential tool with instant access to mental and physical health guidance and safety signposting, fully available offline.
  • PKD App – people living with polycystic kidney disease need specialised self-management support at diagnosis and between hospital visits. Co-created with the PKD Charity and backed by National Lottery funding, it complements their existing helpline, website, and clinical pathways.

Investment and project scale

Every bespoke app is engineered for long-term clinical safety, data privacy, and lifetime maintenance. Project budgets scale based on your content baseline:

  • Reversioning existing content ('appifying') – from £50,000. We transform your trusted leaflets or booklets, localised PDFs, or complex web guidance into an accredited, offline-ready, premium mobile app.
  • Full custom co-design – from £75,000+. For unique clinical pathways, custom workflows, and entirely new content, co-created from scratch with our medical team.
  • Annual maintenance fee – 15-20% of initial build price. Covering software updates and free content edits.
