GPs reveal UK "tired all the time"
GPs felt that not drinking enough fluids is the cause of one in ten consultations for tiredness and fatigue. Half of GPs said they would prefer to spend more time with their patients to learn more about how much fluids they drink every day.
Official NHS guidance suggests that adults should drink 8-10 200ml glasses of fluid a day, and children 6-8 glasses. Water is one of the healthiest ways to hydrate as it contains no calories or sugar.
