Our vision

We believe everyone should have easy access to trusted health information on their mobile phones so they can make better-informed decisions and lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilled lives. 

If you belong to a university, college, NHS organisation, local council, charity or another provider, we want to make it really easy for you to give people instant access to trusted health information so they can:

  • learn more about their health and feel more in control (health literacy)
  • feel enabled to self-care (self-efficacy)
  • look after their health better (prevention)
  • know instantly where to go for support (early intervention and crisis care)

Our aims

We want you and your organisation to:

  • have peace of mind by helping people find reliable health advice instantly on their phones
  • fulfil your duty of care by signposting available support more effectively
  • reduce pressure on services by helping people to self-care and choose services wisely
  • enable people to lead healthier lives
  • be able to show that you care about the people in your communities

Our mission

To be known as the best provider of quality health information apps for universities, colleges, the NHS and local councils in the UK, and:

  • serve over 500,000 app users by the end of 2022 because your communities deserve easy access to trusted health advice
  • supply customised local pages on our apps to at least 100 universities, colleges, NHS providers and local councils in the UK by the end of 2022
  • publish the results of at least 5 case studies and app evaluations by the end of 2022 because we need more evidence about the effectiveness of health information apps for supporting organisations like yours
